al-Hamdu-Lillaahi Rabbil-'Aalameen was-Salaatu was-Salaamu 'alaa Ashrafil-Anbiyaa'e wal-Mursaleen, wa ba'd: Assalam-o-Alayqum wa Rahmatullaah My question is related to the Juma'ah prayer. At my local University for the majority of the time they have access to a large gymnasium where they establish the Juma'ah salaah for the students that attend. On some occasions when there are exams taking place they have to go back to the University prayer room that is very small and limited in the number of people that can attend the Juma'ah salaah. The question I have been asked to put forward (if someone can get it answered or has the daleel to respond to it) are as follows: Is it permissible for us to hold two Juma'ah salaahs with two seperate khutbahs in the same location? (prayer room in University and not a masjid). Or are we required to find a bigger location to cater for all of the people?
