Sheikh Dr. Saalih Suhaimi concerning oppressing others on the net

Taken from my own notes from the fourth lesson of Sharh Akhlaaq al-Ulama by Imam Ajuree explained by Sheikh Dr. Saalih ibn Sa'd as-Suhaimi during the Madinah Conference, Saudi Arabia 1426/2006
25th Jumada 1 1425
20th June 2006.

Sheikh Dr. Saalih ibn Sa'd as-Suhaimi said regarding those who write on the internet and oppress others unjustly:

About twenty eight years ago two groups of students differed with one another. The extremity of the situation resulted in argumentation such that they did not seek the truth but rather only to please their own desires. They accused one another of falling into sins. The matter of disagreement was regarding whether one places his hands on the ground before his knees while going down for prostration in the prayer. They charged one another of lying against the Messenger sallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. They claimed that these ones do no want the Sunnah. They fought each other until they threw chairs at one another.

This is from the deceptions of Iblees and whoever occupies himself with pleasing their desires then they ends up being misguided?

These affairs should be taken back to those firm in knowledge? let us consider Imam Ahmed and Imam Shaf'ee rahimahumaallaah. They differed with regard whether one has to make ablution after eating camel's meat. Imam Shaf'ee says that if one is upon ablution then eats camel's meat and prays then their prayer is correct, while Imam Ahmed says one's prayer is nullified. However, both of these Imams pray behind each other without mentioning this difference?

Beware my brothers from some of the problems present on the internet. To the extent that one of these (troublemakers) tried to ascertain what his brother's saying meant by given it a meaning other than the intended one, thereby being futile?

Another one has accused his brother of being an evil person and a Rafidi (an extreme group amongst the Shi'ah sect). The youths accusing others of being sinners, innovators and disbelievers. It maybe a result of a misunderstanding.

As the poet said,

And how many speak against a correct statement     And his shortcoming is due to his own wrong understanding

By Allaah, we advised them concerning their argumentation and accusingly ascertaining a false meaning to what others say. This has lead others who are weak in faith to accept it.

May Allaah have mercy on Imam Ibn Baz rahimahullaah, when he advised the callers to Allaah in general, some people said that he was referring to the callers in Madinah specifically and to such and such person. Thus, falsely accusing others. So he rahimahullaah replied, "Those who delve in murky waters are the ones who say I am referring to such and such person?"

Allaah said, "Do not go into that which you have no knowledge, indeed the hearing, the sight, the heart, all of it, he will be questioned about."

We should keep away from accusingly ascertaining a false meaning to what others say...

?I say this to the students of knowledge, Fear Allaah concerning yourself (raising his voice), Fear Allaah concerning your brothers, Fear Allaah with what you put in your tapes falsely accusing and ascertaining a corrupt meaning to what others say.

Fear Allaah concerning the internet websites that are used for falsely accusing and ascertaining a false meaning to what others say.

Very little shame and much distortion in what your brothers say concerning those things that are not meant. By Allaah you will be questioned, by Allaah on a Day when neither wealth nor children will benefit you except the one who came to Allaah with a pure heart. By Allaah you will be questioned.

Someone wrote in that website, the one whose owners don't have fear of Allaah in reviling the students of knowledge with different types of insults and they even placed a student of knowledge and scholars to be a reference point for the website but I say this with much sorrow.

I heard this tape from the website of someone, may Allaah forgive him, he specified twenty minutes talking against me with very dangerous slanders and he attributed to me and others what is befitting for hypocrites and disbelievers. He said so and so he has such and such and he followed other than the path of the believers?he fell into hypocrisy and disbelief and he differed from the scholars and he went here and there, by Allaah, if you heard those characteristics then they are not attributed except to the disbelievers and hypocrites. I don't say this to defend myself, but he was not only specifying me with these slanders, only, but also other students of knowledge and scholars?

I say to him two things:  the first of them being that I will not use against him more than the arrows at night for I will not forget in the last third part of the night the supplication against him and those that aid him, Allaah willing.

Secondly, I say to him: say what you say because in front of Allaah the disputers will gather and those that oppressed others will know which place they will end up in.

I say this, my brothers, for the sake of Allaah such that a Muslim is aware that Allaah is watching him, thus being afraid of Allaah in that which he says and writes. That he is accountable concerning every statement he utters for indeed a man says something without realising where it will reach until he falls into the hellfire a distance of 70 years.

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam while holding his own tongue said to Mu'adh ibn Jabal (may Allaah be pleased with him), "withhold this!" So Mu'adh said, "will we be accountable concerning what we say?" The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "May you be put back in your mothers womb and born again, for the people will be thrown into the hellfire upon their faces or noses on account of what their tongues used to say."

The great calamity is that this enmity is happening between people who ascribe to this methodology and this one way, except that satan has caused enmity between them. It maybe satan found those who delve into murky waters just as Ibn Baz rahimahullaah said.

If a person makes a mistake, do you take him out of salafiyyah and from the methodology of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaa'ah based upon your own specific opinion. Who is the one to clarify these affairs, they are the scholars who cultivate people to the truth, those who speak truthfully and are just upon it not Bakr or Zayd like us young ones.

So FEAR ALLAAH wherever you are (Raising his voice). So FEAR ALLAAH wherever you are. So FEAR ALLAAH wherever you are.

Fear Allaah concerning your brothers from Ahlu Sunnah, Be kind, loving and gentle with Ahlu Sunnah! Be kind, loving and gentle with Ahlu Sunnah! Be kind, loving and gentle with Ahlu Sunnah! Just as our sheikh AbdulMuhsin al 'Abbad said. I advise myself and you with the fear of Allaah in secret and in open.

Allaah said, "And indeed We have created man, and We know what his own self whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular veins (by Our knowledge). (Remember) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive (each human being), one sitting on the right and one on the left (to note his or her actions). Not a word does he utter but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it)." [Soorah Qaf: 16-18]

I ask Allaah for myself and you that we gain beneficial knowledge and good, correct actions for He is the One able to decree it and we say the supplication which Jibraeel taught the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to say:

"O Allaah, the Lord of Jibraeel, Mikaeel and Israfeel, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and Bearer of witness. You are the One who judges between your servants in that which they differ, guide me with truth in those things that there is difference with your permission. Indeed you guide whom you will to the straight path."
The hadeeth has is Hasan, see Sunan Abi Dawood (767), Sunan Ibn Maajah (1357), Sunan Tirmidhee (3420).

End of translation.
For those who don't know Sheikh Dr. Saalih ibn Sa'd as-Suhaimi, then he is in his 70's a teacher in the Prophet's mosque and also at The Islamic  University of Madinah and is held in high esteem amongst the scholars of Ahlu Sunnah and the general people. May Allaah protect him. The sheikh is also blind may Allaah grant him paradise for his efforts in calling to Allaah.

Sabr O Salafis

Sheikh Saalih al Fawzaan (hafidha-hullah) states,

When calamity befalls the Muslim by way of what afflicts him, or on his wealth, or his child, or his relatives, or one of his brothers among the Muslims, then upon him is to exercise patience and be contented (i.e. be satisfied with what Allah has decreed for him), as Allah said:

''Who, when afflicted with calamity, say: ''Truly, to Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return.  They are those on whom are the salawaat (i.e. who are blessed and will be forgiven) from their Lord, and (they are those who) receive His Mercy, and it is they who are the guided ones'' 2:157-158

This is sabr, and also from that is patiently persevering and bearing the harms in the path of calling to Allah.  For indeed this is from the masaa-ib (calamities-i.e. those calamities one must meet with patience).  So upon you is to exercise patience due to what may reach you of harm in the path of good, and do not turn away from good action/s.

That is because among the people are those who want good (by way of performing good action/s), but when faced with something they detest, they would say, ''it is not obligatory upon me to engage myself with these affairs''.  Then he abandons teaching if he is a teacher, and he abandons calling to Allah, and he abandons the khutbah in the masjid if he is the khatib of a masjid, he abandons the imamship, he abandons commanding good and forbidding evil.  This one is not one who has exercised patience upon that which he received of harm.'' (sharh Usool thalatha pg.34-35)

Then upon you O salafees is that you ask Allah for ikhlas, patience and firmness.  The wicked harmful enemies among the people of corrupt alliances are of different grades.  There are those who do not even spare the awliyaa of Allah (i.e. the ulema of sunnah), and there are those who do not spare those who transmit the saheeh methodology of the salaf from the ulema of Sunnah.  But does that mean that you are to abandon calling to the truth, teaching the people and asking the ulama to clarify the true methodology of the Salaf?

Laa, rather I say to all those brothers at the dawah at SP, Troid, and to all the common salafis like myself, we all have to come to terms with the fact that no one is safe from the satanic inspired slander, lies, and lewd speech of these at hawaa.org.  These pranksters (as sheikh ubaid called them before) continue not only with statements of support for the friends and allies of innovators, rather they also display the worst of character in speech whilst concealing their identities.  Allah is Ar-Raqeeb over them.

The Stances, Principles And Excellent Manners Of The Salaf

Respect For The Rabbaani Scholars

Paying Attention To That Which Is A Cure For The Hearts And Souls Against The Disease Of Doubts And Desires

(1) Respect For The Rabbaabni Scholars

Having Respect for the scholars firmly grounded in knowledge and insight (those alive and those who have passed away), having Love for them, taking Knowledge from those alive amongst them and Studying the books of those who have passed away, and Defending them; this is a distinguishing characteristic from the distinguishing characteristics of the methodology of the Salaf.....

That is because defamation of the scholars and insulting them with nicknames, and indicating with one's speech about them (by way of false suspicions/accusations or charging them with false accusations and different types of faults), are from the Sign Posts Of the people of innovation and misguidance, for whom the devil has beautified what they do.

(2) Paying Attention To That Which Protects Against The Disease Of Doubts And Desires

Paying attention to (that which) is a cure for the nufoos and the qoluub against the disease of doubts, which the devil seeks to throw upon the slave, and (by which) he seeks to inflict harm or evil on his eemaan; and likewise, paying attention to (that which) is cure for the nufoos against the disease of desires, which the devil seeks to throw upon the slave, and (by which) he seeks to inflict harm or evil on his eemaan.

Protection from these two diseases requires two things.  Patience and Certainty.

''Certainty'' as Allah (Subhaanah) said:  ''And We made from among them (children of Israel) leaders, giving guidance under Our Command, when they were patient and used to believe with certainty in Our Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) 32:24

Then, Allah (Subhaanah) has informed (us) in this noble ayah that indeed imaamatu ad-deen (the authority Allah grants the believers in establishing their religion, and leadership in the life of this world is  attained through Patience and Certainty.  Patience protects against lowly desires and Certainty protects against doubts.

We ask Allaah by His Greatess Name to guide or expose those Unknown Narrators who have polluted some websites with suspicions and doubts against some of the ulema foremost in defending the manhaj and aqeedah of the salaf (like sheikh Rabee and Sheikh Ubaid), and we ask Him (subhaanah) to guide or expose those slanderers and tale carriers who seek to violate the honor of the Salafi callers.   Allah is Ar-Raqeeb over them.

From The Ways Of The People Of Bidah And Nifaaq

Allaah (subhaanah) said:

''O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians): Why do you mix truth with falsehood and conceal the truth while you know'' (3:71)

Imaam ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said about the munaafiqeen:

And from the characteristics of the munaafiqeen is that they conceal the haqq, and are deceptive towards its people, and charge them with their diseases.

They accuse them when they enjoin good, forbid evil, and call to Allaah and His Messenger.  That is because they (the munaafiqoon) are people of fitan and are mischief makers upon the earth.  And Allaah has made known to His Messenger and the believers that they (the munaafiqoon) are mischief makers upon the earth.

And when the inheritors of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) call them to the Book of Allaah and to the Sunnah of His Messenger, particularly to that which is unadulterated; they charge them with bidah and misguidance.

And when they see them being ones who abstain from the dunyah, having fervent desire for the aakhirah and traversing the path of obedience to Allaah and His Messenger; they charge them with falsehood, deception and insidiousness.

And when they see them with the haqq, they mix it with falsehood and give that out to those of weak intellect, turning it into something repugnant, in order to make them flee from it.

And if they (the munaafiqoon) have with them falsehood, they disguise it with the garment of truth and give it out, turning it into something that would be accepted from them.

Imam Sadi (rahimahullaa) stated:

The Rights Of The Ulemaa And The Mu-allimeen

They (the ulemaa and the mu-allimeen) are the intermediary between the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) and his Ummah with regards to propagation of his religion and clarification of his sharee-ah.

Had it not been for these ones (i.e. these ulema and mu-allimeen), the people would have been like cattle.  Their rights are greater than the rights of the aabaa-i (fathers) and the ummahaat (mothers).  For indeed they nurture the souls and hearts of the slaves upon the beneficial sciences and sound knowledge.

They are the ones who guide the Ummah in the fundamental and subsidiary affairs of their Religion.   They return them to the ahkaam(the rulings) pertaining to the (rights that are incumbent upon one to fulfil) and dealings, just as they return them to the affairs pertaining to affairs of worship.

Through them (i.e. the ulemaa and the mu-allimeen) is established the kitaab and the sunnah, and through them is made clear truth from falsehood, guidance as opposed to misguidance, halaal as opposed to haraam, good as opposed to evil, and rectification as opposed to corruption.

[(Source: Noorul Basaa-ir Wal Albaab Fee Ahkaamil Ibaadaat Wal-Mu-aamalaat Wal Huqooq Wal Aadaab, page: 57-58)]

We ask Allaah (subhaanah) by His Greatest Name to include us amongst those who are foremost in fulfilling the rights of the ulema of ahlus Sunnah and the tullaabul ilm upon their path.

Indeed, the ulema are well known in this present time.  Amongst them is Sheikh Fawzaan, Sheikh Abdul Azeez Aala Sheikh, Sheikh Ghudayyaan, Sheikh Rabee, Sheikh Ahmad An-Najmi, Sheikh Saaleh As Suhaimi, Sheikh Abdul Muhsin, Sheikh Ubaid and others.

It is well known of Maribee that he hides behind some of the Mashaa-yikh and speaks ill of those scholars who refute his baatil.  Likewise, this is the way of the people of tahazzub at ''Ahle Hadith Youth Assocation''(A.H.Y.A) , rather hawaa.org.  Indeed, these people of slander, gheba and lewd speech only increase in evil.  They were advised by the Rabbaani Scholars for spreading filth in their website, but they still persist upon misguidance.  Likewise, they were given a beautiful advice with regards to abandoning  attacking Muslims by hidden names, but they still persist.

So instead of paying attention to this advice, they have increased upon evil and persistence upon slander behind hidden names.  They have made their website a dinner table for eating poisonous meat by constantly attacking some of the old wise scholars like sheikh Ubaid, Sheikh Ahmad An-Najmi, shaikh Rabee and the mashaayikh of Yemen.

On the other hand, their websites are a safe haven for the callers to bidah like Abul-Hasan Al Maribee, and the likes of Zakir Naik. For them, the one who takes a firm stance against falsehood is from the ghulaat.

Indeed, these ones at "Ahle Hadith Youth Assocation" (amwaat.morg), have not benefited from that advice of the ulema that brings about guidance as opposed to misguidance, rectification as opposed to corruption, halaal as opposed to haraam, and good as opposed to evil.  Then how can they call their forum Seraatal Mustaqeen, rather it is a path of munkaraat, sayyi-aat, gheba, nameemah and worst of all a dining table upon which the diners rush to take a big bite of the flesh of the scholars and the salafis.

Allaah knows best why they have persisted upon falsehood and not listen to the advice of the ulema.  Allaah said:

''Had Allaah known of any good in them, He would indeed have made them listen''. 8:23

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhaab (rahimahullaah) said about this ayah:

Had they been eager to learn the deen, He (subhaanah) would have made them listen. That is, He (subhaanah) would have made them understand.  So this shows that the absence of understand in many of the people today is from His (subhaanah) Justice due to what He knows of that which is in their hearts of the absence of eagerness towards learning their Religion.[(source: Mufeedul Mustafeed Fee Kufri Taarik At-Tawheed. Page:8-9]

So we hope that these slanderers and flesh eaters of the scholars will one day come to their senses, and understand that this persistence upon evil is a manifestation of the sickness in their hearts and a punishment. And Allaah knows best.

Imaam Sadi continued:

They (the ulemaa and the mu-allimeen) are of varying ranks, in accordance to what they establish of knowledge, teaching and of benefit (great or small).  They have great rights (to be fulfilled) by the ummah, and are in possession of a sublime status.

Therefore, the people must have love and respect for them.  They must recognize their excellence and virtue, and thank them greatly.

They are to supplicate for them in private and public, and seek nearness to Allaah by having love for them and praising them.

They are to proclaim their excellence, and that they guard the heart and the tongue against insulting them, which when present would tarnish their excellence.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We ask Allaah (subhaanah) to increase our love and respect for all the ulema of Ahlus Sunnah.  We seek refuge in Him (subhaanah) from being amongst those who disrespect them.  Indeed, dangerous is the affair of those who belittle them in order to invalidate the haqq they preach.

We have been ordered to supplicate for them, but there are those whom shaytaan beguiles to partake in eating their flesh.   These depraved ones are constantly speaking with that which causes the people to hate the ulema whom they fear are aware of their corrupt methodologies.

O Allaah, Guide the flesh eaters or break their jaws!.

O Allaah We ask You by your Greatest Name to protect Sheikh Rabee, Sheikh Ubaid, Sheikh Ahmad An-Najmi, Sheikh Fawzaan, Sheikh Abdul Muhsin and all the ulema of Ahlus Sunnah!

O Allaah! Protect the Maraakiz of Salafiyyah, the tullaabul Ilm, the du-aat and the Muslims from deviation from the Manhaj of the Salafus Saaleh. Aameen

By Allaah! Had I Not Been Afraid Of My Companions Labelling Me A Liar, I Would Not Have Spoken The Truth About The Prophet

Abdullaah Bin Abbaas (radiyallaahu-anhumaa) said, abu sufyan bin Harb informed me that Heraclius had sent a messenger to him while he had been accompanying a caravan from Quraish. They were merchants doing business in Sham (Syria, Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan), at the time when Allah's Apostle had truce with abu sufyan and Quraish infidels. So abu sufyan and his companions went to Heraclius at Ilya (Jerusalem).

Heraclius called them in the court and he had all the senior Roman dignitaries around him. He called for his translator who, translating Heraclius's question said to them, "Who amongst you is closely related to that man who claims to be a Prophet?" abu sufyan replied, "I am the nearest relative to him (amongst the group)."

Heraclius said, "Bring him (abu sufyan) close to me and make his companions stand behind him." abu sufyan added, Heraclius told his translator to tell my companions that he wanted to put some questions to me regarding that man (The Prophet) and that if I told a lie they (my companions) should contradict me." Abu sufyan added, "By Allaah! Had I Not Been Afraid Of My Companions Labelling Me A Liar, I Would Not Have Spoken The Truth About The Prophet‎‎ (Bukhaari: Book of Revelation)

Narrated Anas:

The Prophet was asked about the great sins He said, they are:

[1]To join others in worship with Allah,
[2]To be undutiful to one's parents.
[3]To kill a person (which Allah has forbidden to kill) (i.e. to commit the crime of murdering).
[4]And to give a false witness.

Narrated Abu Bakra:

The Prophet said thrice, "Should I inform you out the greatest of the great sins?" They said, "Yes, O Allah's Apostle!" He said, "To join others in worship with Allah and to be undutiful to one's parents." The Prophet then sat up after he had been reclining (on a pillow) and said, "And I warn you against giving a false witness, and he kept on saying that warning till we thought he would not stop. (See Hadith No. 7, Vol. 8)

Imaam Bukhaari (rahimahullaah) said, ''Chapter: The Advice Of The Imaam (ruler) To The Litigans''

Narrated Umm Salamah (radiyallaahu-anhaa), Allaah‎s Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: ‎‎I am only a human being, and you people come to me with your cases; AND IT MAY BE THAT ONE OF YOU CAN PRESENT HIS CASE ELOQUENTLY IN A MORE CONVINCING WAY THAN THE OTHER, AND I GIVE MY VERDICT ACCORDING TO WHAT I HEAR.  SO IT EVER I JUDGE AND GIVE THE RIGHT OF A BROTHER TO HIS OTHER (BROTHER) THEN HE (THE LATTER) SHOULD NOT TAKE IT, FOR I AM GIVING HIM ONLY A PIECE OF HELL (FIRE) (Bukhaari Vol 9, Hadith No: 7169)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Indeed, lying, false witness and slander is something abhorred by all societies.    Subhaanallaah! Even the kuffaar publishers of slanderous newspapers sign their names on all articles and are prepared to defend themselves in court.  However, these amwaat.morg and other websites of filth are still hiding behind hidden names.  They still persist upon misguidance in this affair.  We expect honest and noble men to sign their names and openly face us. The Salaf used to say "name us your men", this is because they were men, not like these people of falsehood.

We are not people of cowardice and deceit because the identities of those who post in the Salafi Forums and the names of the salafi Maraakiz are well known to all.   However, these miserable souls are still hiding in your dark cells whilst competing in chewing the flesh of the salafis.

The Websites Of Slander And Their Hidden Narrators Only Habour Evil Suspicions Against Those Ulama, Tullaabul Ilm And The Du'aat Who Expose The Corrupt Alliances Of Their Allies

Allaah (subhaanahu-wata-aalaa) said:

''O you who believe! Avoid much suspicions, indeed some suspicions are sins'. 49:12

Imaam Sadi (rahimahullaah) said:

Allaah (Ta-aalaa) has forbidden much evil suspicion towards the believers, because 'indeed some suspicions are sins'.

And that is like the suspicion devoid of reality and factual evidence, and like the suspicion accompanied by much FORBIDDEN SPEECH AND ACTION.  For indeed, the settlement of evil suspicion in the heart does not confine the one (in whose heart is that evil suspicion) only to that; rather, he does not stop at that UNTIL HE UTTERS AND DOES THAT WHICH IS NOT PERMISSIBLE.

Therefore O Salafi Athari! Be not from those who utilise Suspicion and the spreading of doubts against those who stand firm against the people of blameworthy alliances.

When the Ulema, the tullaabul Ilm and the du-aat unveil that which the people of corrupt alliances are upon, you find these ones utilising every opportunity to find fault with those who expose such corrupt alliances, whilst hiding the clear errors of those who openly transgress against this blessed Manhajus Salafi.

They utilise DOUBTS AND SUSPICION in order to divert the people from the clear proofs utilised by the ulema, the tullaabul ilm and the du-aat against those who sit on the PLATFORMS of the soofees, the qutbees and the people of siyaasah.

Imaam Muhammad Bin Saaleh al Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) stated, the means to (harbouring) doubt are four:

1. HAVING LITTLE KNOWLEDGE: having little knowledge necessarily (leads) to doubt; because the one who has extensive knowledge knows about affairs not known to others.

2. HAVING LITTLE UNDERSTANDING: that is weakness in one's understanding; it can be that one has a lot of knowledge, but does not have understanding, so affairs become doubtful to him.

3. BEING SLACK IN REFLECTION: is that (a person) does not exert himself in reflection, research and acquainting himself with the (knowledge of the meanings of issues of the religion).  This (lack of reflection) is evidence for the absence of adherence to (research, striving etc)

4. HARBOURING AN EVIL INTENT: is that a person intends not except to make his statement dominant regardless whether it is right or wrong.  So this intention of his is to withhold from reaching knowledge.  We ask Allaah for well being; because this person intends to utilise knowledge in following desires.

Therefore O Salafi Athari! We remind and advise these ones to abandon this blameworthy methodology of spreading doubts.  Rather, let them come forward and present their CLAIMS to those scholars who possess extensive knowledge about those organizations and individuals they are so eager to defend without any proof.  Indeed, the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

''Were people to be given according to their claims, men would claim the wealth and blood of the people.  BUT THE BURDEN OF PROOF IS UPON THE PLAINTIFF AND THE TAKING OF AN OATH IS UPON THE ONE WHO DENIES (THE CLAIM)''

Imaam Sadi (rahimahullaah) stated: This hadith clarifies both a ruling and a wisdom in the all-embracing sharee-ah; and it particularizes that which (brings about) well being for the slaves in both their religious and worldly affairs, and that were people to be given according to their claims, there would have been a lot of evil and corruption and men would have claimed the blood and wealth of the people.

Therefore, we are not to be diverted by the suspicions and doubts of these ones.  Indeed, they have nothing but claims, doubts and suspicions that are clearly in opposition to the factual evidences gathered and presented against their allies.  And may Allaah guide them to correctness.

We ask Allaah to protect and reward all the ulema of ahlus Sunnah.  And may He (subhaanah) protect the likes of sheikh ubaid and sheikh rabee, for they have made a lot of effort in exposing the blameworthy alliances of the organizations of tahazzub.

And as for you salafi tullaabul ilm and du-aat at maktaba salafiyyah and else where, we also ask Allaah to protect you and keep your feet firm upon the haqq.  May He (subhaanah) grant you more energy and endurance in transmitting the correct manhaj positions from the ulema.  And fear neither the blame of the blamers nor the plots of those who utilise knowledge to obscure the affairs.   Allaah is Ar-raqeeb over all of them.

We ask Allaah for Ikhlaas and Thabaat

Labeling The Salafis With Haddaadiyyah Will Neither Obscure The Affairs Nor Hide That Which You Are Upon Of Blameworthy Alliances With The Organizations And Masaajid Of Tahazzub

They Brought About Grief And Confusion Upon Themselves; Because They Exposed Their Hearts To The Trials, Desires, Doubts And Tamyi Of The Organizations And Masaajid Of Tahazzub

Trials Of The Heart

The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: 'Trials and tribulations will be presented to hearts, as a reed mat is interwoven stick by stick. Any heart which absorbs these trials will have a black mark put in it. However, any heart that rejects them will have a white mark put in it. The result is that hearts will be of two kinds: one white like a white stone, which will not be harmed by trials as long as the heavens and earth endure; and the other dark and rusty, like an over-turned vessel; not able to recognise the good, nor reject evil, but rather being absorbed with its desires.'

Imaam Ibn al-Qayyirn said, 'The fitan (trials) which are presented to the hearts - and which are the cause of its weakness are the trials relating to shahwah (false desire) and the trials relating to shubhah (doubt)... So the first causes intentions and desires to be corrupted, whilst the second causes knowledge and beliefs to be corrupted.'

He (rahimahullaah)said: 'Hearts, when exposed to such fitan (trials)are of two types:

[The first type]: a heart, which, when exposed to such trials, absorbs it like a sponge that soaks-up water, leaving in it a black stain. Such a heart continues to soak-up the various trials that are presented to it, until it becomes dark and corrupted - which is what is meant by ‎an over-turned vessel', so when this occurs, two dangerous and deadly diseases take hold of it and plunge it into destruction:

Firstly: confusing good with evil, so it neither recognizes the good, nor rejects the evil.  This disease may take hold of it to such an extent that it believes good to be evil; and evil to be good, Sunnah to be bid‎ah (innovation); and innovations to be the Sunnah, and the truth to be falsehood; and falsehood the truth.

Secondly: judging by its whims and desires, over and against what Allaah‎s Messenger sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam came with - being enslaved by its whims and desires and being led by them also.

[The second type]: a white heart in which the light of eemaan is bright and its radiance is illuminating. So when trials are presented to such a heart, it rejects and turns away from them. This further increases its light and illumination and its strength.'[source: Al-Ibaanah Issue No.3]

So contemplate O Sunni Salafi! Indeed, hizbiyyah has afflicted many individuals.  The devils amongst mankind have even changed its evil reality to an affair of moderation and a praiseworthy quality in the field of Dawah.  Those who call to unity upon the sunnah and abandonment of Tahazzub are vilified and judged to be extremists and haddaadees, whilst those absorbed in the Fitnah, Doubts and Tamyi of the  organizations and masaajid of Hizbiyyah are judged to be upon moderation and fairness.  Indeed, this is a deceit of shaytaan.

Therefore, those who label the salafis with haddaadiyyah are to examine their hearts, for  they have gradually been overtaken by the ideas, desires and doubts of those organizations and masaajid of tahazzub that openly co-operate with the people of innovation and misguidance from amongst the qutbees, ikhwaanees, soroorees and extreme soofees.

Indeed, labeling the Salafis with haddaadiyyah is a lie, slander and a call to falsehood.  Once again the individuals and websites of misery and calamity have given in to shaytaan in propagating falsehood and slander against the salafis.  So as they spread fasaad behind hidden names and under the umbrella of the organizations and masaajid of tahazzub, we strive to spread the clear verdicts of the Ulema and cling to the correct walaa wal baraa towards the deviate sects and parties.

The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

'Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward similar to the reward of the one who follows him, without the reward of either of them being lessened at all. And whoever calls to misguidance will carry the burden of the sin similar to the sin of the one who follows him, without the sins of either of them being lessened at all.'

Whosoever Relinquishes The Sunnah And Innovate Statements Which Have No Proof in the Book of Allaah And The Sunnah Of His Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) Will Eventually Be With The Innovators And The Deviated Sects

Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah) stated:

May Allaah have mercy upon you! Know that if the people were to desist from newly introduced matters, not entering into any of them at all and did not say anything for which there was no narration from the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) or from his Companions, there would not be any innovation.[1]

Sheikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (hafidha-hullaah) comments on the above statement:

And if the people 'were to desist from newly invented matters', meaning: if they desisted and did not enter into them, and restricted themselves to the Sunnah and did not leave it for innovations; certainly they would have attained safety.

But whoever relinquishes the Sunnah and innovate statements which have no proof in the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) will eventually be with the innovators and the deviated sects.

And there is no safety except by way of the Sunnah which the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) left for us.  He (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: 'Indeed, I have left amongst you two things. If you hold firmly to them, you will never go astray: the book of Allaah and my Sunnah.'

And in another hadeeth: 'I have left you upon (a white plain/clear guidance), its night is like its day, none deviates from it except he who is destroyed.'

This is the path to safety: the Sunnah of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) and that which his companions were upon....[2]
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So inform us O you who label the salafis with extremism!  Are those Qutbees, Ikhwaanees and Soofees who attend your gatherings and masaajid upon statements that are in accordance to the Sunnah? Indeed, the Ulama have clarified that these deviants you prefer over the Salafis have abandoned some very important affairs of the Sunnah and replaced that with falsehood in speech and action.  Indeed, you keep their company after knowing that they are upon false statements and actions.

Indeed, you slander the Salafis and befriend those masaajid and figureheads of organizations who keep the company of those who have relinquished the Sunnah and replaced that with innovations.  The Messenger (Sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

'The example of a good companion and a bad companion is like that of the seller of musk, and the one who blows the blacksmith's bellows. So as for the seller of musk then either he will grant you some, or you buy some from him, or at least you enjoy a pleasant smell from him. As for the one who blows the blacksmith's bellows then either he will burn your clothes or you will get an offensive smell from him.'

Therefore, examine yourselves O Slanderers; because the Masaajid and Organizations you defend against the Salafis are from those who openly keep the evil company of the Qutbees, the Soofees and the Ikhwaanees.

May Allaah guide you in order that you may smell the fragrance of the Sunnah by way of the good company of the Salafis, who enjoin good and forbid evil in all aspects of the Religion.

And may He (subhaanah) open your eyes so that you may turn away from the horrible smell of hizbiyyah that the Qutbees, Ikhwaanees and Soofees bring to you.  And may He (subhaanah) make you realize the greatness of the slander and lies you direct at the Salafis. (Aameen)

The Hidden Narrators On Internet Forums Of Filth Still Persist On False Speech

It has been stated in the book titled: [Sins and their punishments, publisher:Tarbiyyah Bookstore]

From among the statements of the past, 'When the servant utters a lie, the angel distances himself a mile from the stench of the smell' [page 60]

'If the closeness of the angel to the person increases, he speaks through his tongue and utters the goodly speech.  On the other hand, if the angel withdraws, shaytaan moves close to him and he speaks evil.  This evil suggests false and obscene language.  In other words, the angel casts truth into the heart and places it upon the tongue.  Shaytaan casts falsehood into the heart and makes the tongue accustomed to it' [page 62]

Indeed, these lost souls fail to understand that our enemy shaytaan desires nothing else but to deceive the sons of Aadam.  The motive behind their obsession with false speech is to silence all those who seek to transmit the statements of the ulama against the plots and plans of the people of Tahazzub and Tamyi.  By targeting the du'aat the hidden narrators aim to eliminate all efforts directed at exposing their false alliances with the marabees.  Their outrageous comments are nothing else other than a manifestation of an evil desire for evil goals.

These poor souls are not interested in anything less than the destruction of the salafi du'aat.  However, Allaah is above them and knows whatever their plans are.  Woe unto them, if only there were individuals amongst them whose hearts were guided towards contemplating upon the evil consequences of their fabricated and evil comments.

We seek Allaah's Protection from false speech and its flag bearers.

Is Lying Permissible In Dawah?

They Say That Their Intention Is Nothing Else But To Enjoin Good And Forbid Evil; However, Telling The Truth Has Become Difficult And Painful For The Diseased Unknown Narrators And Hiding Behind False Identities Makes Them Feel Safe And Fuels The Desire To Lie Even More.

Question to Sheikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (hafidha-hullaah):

Is lying permissible in calling to Allaah?  And is 'the goal justifies the means' a maslahah (benefit) from the masaalih (beneficial affairs) of the Sharee'ah?

Answer:

Lying is not permissible.  It is a major sin from the major sins.  It (lying) is not permissible except in three affairs which the prophet made an exception; lying during war, because war is deceit; lying in order to bring about peace between the people; and lying between married couples in order to bring about rectification to the family with regards to the relationship between  (husband and the wife). These three affairs are that of maslahah, and in them is a greater good than evil; so (lying) is permissible (in this case).

As for calling to Allaah, it has no need for lies.  It is not permissible to utilize lies in calling to Allaah.  Calling to Allaah is to (be carried out) by way of truth, the Book, the sunnah, fine admonition and arguing in a way that is better and not by way of lies.

[end of quote: source: al-ijaabatul muhimmah fee mashaakil al-mulimmah, page:271-272]

We ask Allaah for safety.  The diseased unknown narrators hiding behind internet forums claim that they are calling to the haqq; but none knows who they are besides Allaah and the Angels recording their shameless deeds.  This issue is something that all sincere Muslims must take seriously.   The shamelessness and wicked behaviour of these lost souls is something we must protect our children from, for it is a corruption that defiles the purity of the young.

They have not provided evidence from a single Scholar in support of their actions; rather they have allowed themselves to be enslaved by evil desires with regards to this affair of utilizing false identities for the purpose of filth and corruption.  This tactic of theirs can be utilized by every human devil wishing to slander the people of Sunnah and Salafiyyah.

They have been blinded and beguiled by the evil desire to defend the organizations and personalities upon tahazzub; so all the haraam speech and lies uttered is justified wal-iyaadho-billaah.

O turner of the hearts, keep our hearts firm upon your Religion.

A Few Words Of Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan Regarding The Evil And Filth Of Tale Carrying

Sheikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan said:

Tale carrying is to transmit speech between the people with the intent of destroying their relationships.  Allaah (Subhaanahu-Wata-Aalaa) said:

'And obey not everyone who swears much, and is considered worthless, a slanderer, going about with calumnies' [Surah Qalam; Ayah: 10-11]

And the severest of all of that is the one who hurries to destroy the relationship between the students of knowledge and the callers to Islaam (by way of Tale Carrying); and in order to divide the Jamaa'ah of the Muslims and incite hatred between them.  The one who does this is a 'Nam'maam' (A Tale Carrier).

And indeed Allaah (Ta-aalaa) has made it impermissible to follow and believe such a person even if he swears by Allaah, as Allaah said:

'And obey not everyone who swears much, and is considered worthless, a slanderer, going about with calumnies' [Surah Qalam; Ayah: 10-11]

The Prophet (Sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

'The Nam'maam (Tale Carrier) will not enter Paradise' (Reported by Muslim)

And it is reported in a narration that the Tale Carrier causes more corruption in an hour than a magician can cause in a year.

Tale carrying is from magic, because the magician corrupts the relationship between the people and causes enmity between them, as Allaah (Ta-aalaa) said:

'And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between man and his wife' [Baqarah; Ayah: 102]

They learnt magic; and magic causes splitting of the hearts and enmity.  Likewise, tale carrying is more severe than magic; perhaps wars may occur due to the Tale Carrier; and perhaps the Muslims may split and show enmity to one another due to the Tale Carrier; neighbours may boycott one another and one's household may show enmity to one another and split due to a Tale Carrier.

Therefore, we must fear Allaah (Azza-Wa-Jal) and be mindful of the Tale Carrier.
